Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your BossX account and the data we hold about you.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the BossX or BossX Driver app.
  2. Go to Profile (bottom-right tab).
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm. Your account is marked for deletion immediately and processed within 72 hours.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email contact@bossx.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Include:

We confirm the request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What we retain (and why)

After these retention periods, data is purged from our systems.

Partial deletion

If you want to remove specific personal data (e.g., saved places, chat history) without closing your account, contact contact@bossx.app and describe what you'd like removed.
