The platforms that match strangers — Uber, Grab, Lyft — take 20–30% of every ride because the platform did the matching. After the first trip between a boss and a driver, there is nothing left to match. The trust is already there. The address is already known. The relationship is already established.
Yet every ride after that pays the same commission as the first. Drivers lose thousands of dollars a year to a platform that does nothing they couldn't do themselves. Bosses get rotated to strangers when the driver they already trust is one tap away.
BossX is the product for what comes after the first trip. Zero commission. Forever. The boss and the driver keep their relationship, and we keep the lights on with a small premium subscription for power-user tools.
Who BossX is for
The boss is the person who already has a driver they trust.

The company
BOSSX GLOBAL LIMITED is incorporated in Hong Kong (April 19, 2026). We are pre-revenue and self-funded with a seed round closed in early 2026, run by two founders supported by AI engineering tools. We do not have outside payroll, an office, or commission revenue. We do have a real app on the App Store, on Google Play, and real bosses and drivers using it every day.
We launched in March 2026 in Vietnam and are live globally on both stores in six languages: Vietnamese, English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
The "Quiet Fire" design
BossX is dark, warm, and quiet by design — burnt orange on warm black, no gradients, no shadows, no marketing exuberance. Built for people who already know what they want and do not need a platform to recommend it to them.
Our promise
- Zero commission, forever. The fee structure is the product. We will never insert ourselves into the payment between a boss and a driver.
- Your data is yours. Your ride history, your relationships, your messages — all yours. We do not sell, rent, or share with advertisers.
- No middleman matching. We do not recommend new drivers, surface "drivers near you," or auction your trips. The driver you summon is the driver you chose.
- Pricing transparency. The core app is free forever. Premium features are a clearly priced subscription with no surge or per-ride charges.
