BossX is an app for the boss/driver relationship that already exists. If you have a driver you already trust — a family driver, a corporate chauffeur, a private driver you've used for years — BossX makes the day-to-day easier: hailing, tracking, chatting, and remembering every trip you've taken together.
It is not a marketplace. You will not be matched with a stranger.
The core app is free, forever. We do not take a commission on rides — pricing and payment are arranged directly between you and your driver, outside the app.
We plan to offer a premium subscription with power-user features (extra widgets, advanced scheduling, etc.) priced at $10–$25/month depending on the market. The free tier will always be enough to use the app fully.
Bosses with a regular driver: families with a private driver, executives with a chauffeur, small businesses with a delivery driver, and anyone who rides with the same person regularly.
And the drivers who serve them: family drivers, executive chauffeurs, private drivers, and pro drivers with repeat clients.
Globally — wherever the App Store and Google Play operate. The app is available in 6 languages (Vietnamese, English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese). Vietnam is the launch market; we are actively used in additional Asia-Pacific markets.
Your driver opens their BossX Driver app and shows you their QR code. You scan it from your BossX app (Profile → Pair with Driver). That's the entire setup. You are now able to summon them, see their location, and chat with them.
The reverse also works — you can show your QR code and the driver scans it.
Yes. There is no limit on the number of drivers you can pair with. When you summon a ride, you choose which driver to send it to. The drivers do not see each other.
Yes. A professional driver can be paired with many bosses simultaneously. The driver app shows a roster of bosses, each with their own status, chat thread, and ride history. The bosses do not see each other.
Profile → My Drivers → tap the driver → Remove. The driver immediately loses access to your location, your ride requests, and your chat thread. You can re-pair with them later if you change your mind.
No. The driver sees your location only when you actively summon them or share location in chat. There is no passive sharing.
By contrast, the driver's location is shared with you while they are "on duty" — so you can see when they are available and where they are if you summoned them.
No. Our revenue model is a premium subscription, not advertising. We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with third-party advertisers. The complete list of subprocessors we use to run the service is in the Privacy Policy.
From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We delete the account within 7 days, with anonymized backups retained per the Privacy Policy.

From the app: open their profile → Report. Or email safety@bossx.app. We review every report within 48 hours.
For physical-safety emergencies, please contact local emergency services first. BossX is a software platform, not an emergency dispatch.
Yes. You can accept or decline every ride request. There is no penalty for declining — BossX does not score you, rank you, or punish you for turning down rides. The relationship is between you and the boss.
No. Payment is arranged directly between you and the boss. BossX does not process payments, take commission, or know about the amount.
This is the core promise of the platform: zero commission, forever.
However you and the boss agree — cash, bank transfer, monthly salary, retainer. BossX does not insert itself into the payment flow. You can use the in-app earnings tracker to log payments and run reports, but the actual payment happens outside the app.
