Before you email
Most questions are answered in the FAQ. If you don't find your answer there, please include the following so we can help faster:
- Your registered email or phone number
- Which app (BossX rider or BossX Driver) and the version (Settings → About)
- Device model and operating system version
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened
- Screenshots if relevant
Common issues — quick paths
I can't sign in
Try the alternate sign-in method on the same login screen (Google, Apple, or email). If you signed up with Apple but are trying Google, you'll need to use Apple. Same email + different provider = different accounts.
The QR pairing isn't working
Make sure both you and your driver are running the latest version of the BossX and BossX Driver apps. The QR code expires periodically — regenerate it from your QR screen if pairing fails.
My driver isn't receiving my ride requests
Confirm the driver is paired with you in their app and is "on duty." If they are on duty and still don't receive your request, ask them to force-quit and reopen the app once. If the issue persists, email contact@bossx.app.
My location is not updating on the map
BossX needs location permission to be set to "While Using" or "Always" (rider) and "Always" (driver). Check Settings → Privacy → Location Services → BossX / BossX Driver.
I want to delete my account
From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Or by email: privacy@bossx.app. We delete the account within 7 days, with anonymized backups retained per the privacy policy. See also: how to delete your account.
I want to report a driver or rider
From the app: open the relevant person's profile → Report. Or by email: safety@bossx.app. We review every report within 48 hours.
Reporting an issue with the platform
Found a bug? Saw something that should not have happened? Email contact@bossx.app with the steps to reproduce. We treat platform integrity bugs as priority and ship fixes regularly.
